How to register in the flate-rate system

The flat-rate payment system

To make our care accessible to you, we work with a solidarity-based "flat-rate" payment system. This means that we enter into an agreement with you and your health insurance fund. The health insurance fund pays our centre a fixed amount each month for all your appointments with the family doctor or nurse. You can compare this to a subscription. However, we expect that you will always come to our centre.

To use this system, you need to register. This registration is free. By registering, you agree to the "Flat Rate System."

What does this mean for you?

After registration, you no longer need to pay for consultations with our family doctors and nurse, home visits, or home care.

Please note!

A visit to another family doctor or nurse / a different medical facility in the 19 municipalities of the Brussels region will not be reimbursed, unless:

○ one of our doctors refers you.

○ in case of urgent need outside our opening hours (see The Brussels out-of-hours medical doctor service).

How can I register?

  • Do you live in the neighboorhouds of Noordwijk, Brabantwijk, Oud Laken Oost, Oud Laken West, de Havenwijk or close?
  • Are you in order with your mutuality?

In that case, registering is simple!

Contact us by phone through 02 615 43 53: we will plan an intake for you in our centre where we'll complete the administration of your registration and we'll update your medical file.

  • Do you have a private insurance instead of a mutuality? In that case, in our centre you pay the normal rate for a consultation without registration.
  • Do you not have an insurance? Then we will contact the CPAS, SESO or Fedasil for you.
