Community health centre Noordwijk provides accessible and qualitative primary care for inhabitants of the neighbourhood.

You can turn to us for consultations with our general practitioners and nurse, and in the future with physiotherapists, psychologists and social workers as well. As a team, we work together complementary while sharing the same vision. We focus on prevention of diseases and promoting health and well-being for all. To this purpose, we will also offer group activities, e.g. around healthy eating, moving together, or quitting smoking.

In order to make our care as accessible as possible, we work with a solidary flat-rate system: when you register as a patient with us, we close an agreement with your mutuality, so that you do not have to pay for consultations with our general practitioners or nurse (and in the future the physiotherapist).
