COMPAGNON DE ROUTE is a coaching project for job-seeking women between 18 and 35 years old
At Compagnon de Route, we focus on young women between 18 and 35 years old in Brussels who are in a socially vulnerable situation. These women often live in difficult circumstances and are hard to reach, but have enormous potential. Our goal is to support them in taking steps towards appropriate education or sustainable employment.
With personal guidance and customized group activities, we offer them the tools and self-confidence to take their future into their own hands. In doing so, we have an eye for different life domains such as welfare, work, education and personal development. We do not do this alone; in collaboration with local and supra-local partners, we offer complementary services tailored to the specific needs of these women.
Individual coaching
- To look for a professional project that appeals to you and motivates you. And to suggest avenues you may not have thought of.
- To search together for solutions to get ahead (finding a nursery, getting organized).
- To put you in contact with partners (training centers, employers, organizations...) who can help you realize your professional project.
- To encourage you and motivate you during your journey.
- To develop your potential and your self-confidence.

- Permanence every Tuesday from 8h30-12h at WGC Noordwijk (Groendreef 15, 1000 Brussels).
