Community Health Work
We work in partnership with Community Health Work.
Community Health Workers help bridge the gap between people living in vulnerable situations and the health care system, which is difficult for them to acces. They do so by actively reaching out to people in their own environment and supporting them to take their health into their own hands.
In our centre, Community Health Worker Mohammed is present on the following Mondays in 2025 between 8:30 and 11:30 AM:

- May 19
- June 16
- July 7
- August 11
- September 8
- October 13
- November 10
- December 8
Patients and inhabitants can consult them for free and without appointment.
